Bonus funds, unsettled wagers, restricted balances, disputed deposits, chargebacks, or activity under review may not be immediately withdrawable. phpaldo may hold the relevant amount while investigating suspected fraud, identity misuse, payment reversal, promotion abuse, or technical error. Any undisputed available balance will be handled according to the final review.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Referrals

An obvious pricing, market, participant, timing, or settlement error may be corrected. phpaldo may void an affected wager or settle it at the correct available terms where permitted. Bets involving manipulation, insider information, prohibited coordination, or an attempt to exploit a clear error may be cancelled and reviewed.

Cash-out, if offered, is not guaranteed. Its value may change or disappear as an event develops. A cash-out is complete only after phpaldo confirms it. Delays in live information, broadcasts, or score displays do not change the official market result.
